Friends of Grammar warmly invite current Wadhurst parents and carers to the Wadhurst Luncheon on Friday 19 May 2023 at Quat Quatta, Ripponlea.

This is an annual celebration which has long been a feature of our Wadhurst social calendar. It is always a delightful afternoon, celebrating friendship and Wadhurst's strong community spirit.

Tickets are available as Individual Tickets or as a Table of 8, 10, 11 or 12.

Please select seats within the area of your child's Year Level. If you have children in both Year 7 and Year 8, you may choose either area. You will be assigned to the table you choose.

Bookings will open on Monday 3 April 2023 at 10am and will close at 4pm on Friday 5 May - unless sold out prior. We encourage you to book early as numbers are limited.

Our lunch will be followed by an after party at The Botanical, South Yarra from 4.30pm until late. A bus will be available on the day to transport guests to the venue.

Tickets are not refundable; however, they are transferrable. Guests are welcome to sell or gift their ticket - but we ask that you alert the office (details below) so that guest names and dietary requirements are correct on the day.

For those in the community who have not previously attended this event, please find some details below regarding ticket bookings.

When booking, you will need to enter:
- Your full name
- Your email
- Your contact number
- Child's name
- Child's Year level – for each of your students in Wadhurst
- Any dietary requirements
- Seat me with

Individual Tickets- you can buy up to 12 tickets at one time but please have the above details on hand as you will be required to enter these fields for each of your guests at the time of booking.

For those lookingto make new acquaintances, leave the "Please seat me with" field blank and we will allocate you to a table with othersin your child's year level. If you have more than one Wadhurst student and your preference is to sit with a specific year level, please list that year level FIRST.

Table of 8, 10, 11 or 12- you will be listed as the Table Captain and required to pay for the table in full. Please have the above details on hand as you will be required to enter these fields for each of your guests at the time of booking.
