Friends of Grammar warmly invites current Wadhurst parents and carers to the Wadhurst Annual Parents' Luncheon.
This celebration has long been a feature of our social calendar. It is always a delightful afternoon, celebrating friendship and our strong community spirit.
This event is for current parents and carers of Wadhurst students at Melbourne Grammar School.
Bookings will close at 5.00pm on Friday 21 March, unless sold out prior. We encourage you to book promptly to avoid disappointment.
Once bookings have closed, tickets are non-refundable; however, they are transferrable. Guests are welcome to sell or gift their ticket, but we ask that you contact us at fog@mgs.vic.edu.au or 9865 7682 so that guest names and dietary requirements are correct on the day.
Our lunch will be followed by an After Party at Ripponlea Food and Wine Bar – just across the road from Quat Quatta. We appreciate your $10 payment at the time of booking to attend the After Party.
For those in the community who have not previously attended this event, please find some details below regarding ticket bookings.
When booking, you will need to enter:
- Your full name
- Your email
- Your mobile number
- Child's name, Year Level and House (for each of your students in Years 7 and 8)
- Any dietary requirements / accessibility requirements
- Who you would like to be seated with
Full Tables: You can buy up to 12 tickets in a single transaction, but please have the above details on hand as you will be required to enter these fields for each of your guests at the time of booking.
Individual Tickets: If you are just purchasing a ticket for yourself, you may indicate who you would like to be seated with at the time of booking. For those looking to meet new acquaintances, leave this field blank and we will allocate you to a table with others in your child's year level.
