Friends of Grammar Grimwade warmly invites current parents and carers to the Celebrate Grimwade Lunch Event for 2025. This is an annual celebration which has long been a feature of our social calendar. Come along for a fabulous long lunch and enjoy a delightful afternoon of music and entertainment and our ever-popular lucky dip and silent auction, whilst celebrating friendship and our strong community spirit.
Tickets: $175 per person for a 2-course meal with side accompaniments followed by tea and coffee with homemade treats. Please enjoy a glass of French champagne on arrival.
Bookings will open at 8.00am on Monday 4 August and will close at 6.00pm on Friday 26 September, unless sold out prior. We encourage you to book early as numbers are limited.
Once bookings have closed, tickets are non-refundable; however, they are transferrable. Guests are welcome to sell or gift their ticket, but we ask that you contact us at fog@mgs.vic.edu.au so that guest names and dietary requirements are correct on the day.
For those who wish to continue after lunch, we are hosting an After Party at The Botanical Hotel, where you will enjoy complimentary canapés and Happy Hour pricing on drinks until 7.00pm.

There is a bus transfer service operating from 3.30pm at a cost of $5 per person, which can be booked along with your lunch ticket, or purchased separately via the registration form.

- Child's name, Year Level (for each of your children at Grimwade House)
- Any dietary requirements / accessibility requirements
- Name of Table Captain or 'Please seat me with'
Table of 10-12: You can buy up to 12 tickets in a single transaction, but please have the above details on hand as you will be required to enter these fields for each of your guests at the time of booking. If purchasing a full table of 10-12, you may leave the "please seat me with" field blank.
Individual Tickets: If you are just purchasing a ticket for yourself, you may indicate who you would like to be seated with in the "please seat me with" field. For those looking to meet new acquaintances, leave the "please seat me with" field blank and we will allocate you to a table with others in your child's year level. If you have more than one Grimwade House student and your preference is to sit with a specific year level, please list that year level FIRST.
